Welcome! I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Maryland and California specializing in psychodiagnostic assessment (or, psychological testing) to help clients gain clarity around their mental health picture. I also provide psychotherapy services to adults with a specialty area in OCD/OC Spectrum Disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.

I’m experienced in providing comprehensive testing for personality, intelligence, ADHD, ASD, mood disorders and serious mental illness. I’m also experienced in providing such testing through video/telehealth if requested. I have additionally earned a credential in TelePsychology Competencies through The Trust/National Register for Health Service Psychologists.

I hold a certification as an ADHD Services Professional, having gained over 50 additional continuing education hours in the assessment and treatment of ADHD. I’m passionate about working with people to better understand how to manage symptoms that interfere with day-to-day life, and helping people make lasting changes that are in alignment with their values. I’ve gravitated towards helping people manage anxiety disorders and ADHD for that reason, as learning concrete behavioral skills to manage these problems can provide you with tools for a lifetime.

Currently, I work as a Staff Psychologist and Coordinator for Anxiety and Depression Services at Towson University’s Counseling Center, providing therapy, supervision of predoctoral interns, and conducting outreach and suicide prevention. I also conduct consultative exams involving psychological assessment for Maryland’s Disability and Determination Services. I previously worked for eight years at Kaiser Permanente’s Department of Psychiatry, at the Los Angeles Medical Center, where I supervised predoctoral interns in psychodiagnostic assessment and therapy. I served as the Department’s Assessment Coordinator, conducting psychological testing by referral for the benefit of patients receiving outpatient services. Here, I also co-led an ADHD Workshop and an OCD Treatment Group.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Virginia Consortium Program (The College of William and Mary, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Old Dominion University, & Norfolk State University). I completed my APA-internship at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center Outpatient Psychiatry Department. My training further includes providing assessment in public schools and a child guidance center, therapy in private practice settings with teens and adult with neurodivergent presentations, coaching families of veterans at the Veterans Administration, conducting therapy at a medical school counseling center, and a women’s crisis center.

In undergraduate training at Penn State, I worked in a research lab for personality, psychopathology, and psychotherapy research. My love for psychological science and assisting others in understanding themselves is a long-time passion of mine, and I’m grateful to my clients who I can assist on their journey.
